Individualised performance coaching for youth, junior, elite and ambitious competitive cyclists who want to develop as athletes, race with confidence and perform at their best.
Whether you are developing through the youth and junior ranks, competing at elite level, targeting higher-level racing or looking to take your performance to the next level, coaching is built around you — not a fixed template.
Your training is designed around your goals, racing calendar, development, lifestyle and ambitions, combining structured training with the skills and preparation needed to perform on race day.
From building fitness and developing race-specific conditioning to improving bike handling, race preparation and tactical performance, every aspect of your coaching is focused on helping you develop, compete and progress.
The Performance Coaching CX Series is a new grassroots cyclocross training and racing series designed for riders who want to develop their skills, improve their fitness and enjoy competitive off-road riding.
The series is intended for youth, junior, senior and master riders, competitive racers and cycling enthusiasts who want to ride, race and improve.
Whether you’re preparing for your first cyclocross race, looking for a hard training
session, preparing for your season or chasing the overall series challenge, there is a place on the start line.
For competitive riders, each event can provide a high-quality cyclocross practice session, allowing you to test fitness, bike handling, race tactics and pacing in a realistic racing environment.
For beginner and intermediate riders, the series provides a controlled and supportive environment to develop skills, improve fitness and build confidence with guidance and coaching.
The first sessions are planned for September 2026, with midweek and weekend sessions running through to early spring 2027.
Dates and venues will be confirmed once permissions and event arrangements have been finalised.

It’s about understanding what you need to improve, developing the right physical and technical qualities, and learning how to apply them when it matters.
Training is progressively adapted using performance data, athlete feedback and real world demands.
The objective is simple: Consistent progression without unnecessary burnout.
Weekly coaching provides ongoing support for riders who want a structured approach to
training and long-term performance development.
Rather than following a generic cycling training plan, your training is prescribed around
your current fitness, goals, available training time, racing calendar and individual
circumstances.
Different coaching options are available depending on the level of support required.
The coaching option provides the framework. The training is built around you.
One-to-one and small-group coaching provides focused, practical sessions designed
around your individual development needs.
Sessions can be delivered across Kent, London, Surrey, Essex and selected
European training locations, depending on the coaching objective
Sessions are suitable for riders ranging from developing cyclists through to experienced
competitive racers.
Road cycling performance requires more than fitness.
Effective road coaching brings together endurance, power, efficiency, bike handling, pacing, positioning and the ability to make good decisions under fatigue.
Whether you’re building confidence on the road, preparing for competition or working
towards a specific performance goal, training is adapted to your current level and
objectives.
Cyclocross demands a unique combination of fitness, bike control, technical skill and race awareness.
Performance Coaching provides specialist cyclocross coaching and CX training designed to develop the skills required in real racing situations.
Whether you’re preparing for your first CX race or looking to improve your performance in competitive racing, coaching is adapted to your experience and goals.
Ride better. Race smarter. Build confidence.
Racing requires more than fitness.
Preparation, pacing, tactics, technical ability, equipment, course awareness and decision-making can all influence performance on race day.
The aim is to help you arrive at the start line prepared, confident and ready to perform.
Performance testing provides useful information about your current fitness and helps identify areas for development.
Testing is available as a standalone service from £80 and may also be included within selected coaching arrangements.
Testing results can be used to inform training decisions and provide a clearer picture of your current performance.
Your position and equipment can influence comfort, efficiency and how effectively you
can ride.
Advice is based on performance, budget and real-world practicality.
